Dilworth Paxson LLP has expanded its New York presence by bringing on three attorneys to its Insurance Services Group, the firm announced Oct. 12, 2026. Stephen M. Lazare, Yale Glazer, and Andrew M. Premisler will focus on complex insurance coverage counseling and litigation, areas the firm identified as strategic growth priorities.
The addition of the trio signals continued demand for specialized insurance legal services in the New York market, where coverage disputes and complex litigation have grown increasingly prominent as businesses navigate a tightening insurance environment. Dilworth Paxson, a firm with established roots in the mid-Atlantic region, has been steadily building out its New York footprint.

Insurance coverage practices at large law firms have attracted lateral talent in recent years as corporate clients seek sophisticated counsel on policy interpretation, bad-faith claims, and multi-party coverage disputes. The arrival of Lazare, Glazer, and Premisler positions Dilworth Paxson to compete more directly for that work in one of the country's most active legal markets.
