Ironlight Markets Signs Deal to Distribute Tokenized Treasury Fund
Ironlight Markets and FundBridge Capital have agreed to bring a tokenized ultra-short Treasury fund to on-chain investors.
Ironlight Markets, LLC, a FINRA-registered broker-dealer based in Austin, Texas, announced Monday an agreement with Singapore-based FundBridge Capital Pte. Ltd. to distribute the Delta Wellington Ultra Short Treasury On-Chain Fund, a tokenized securities offering targeting fixed-income investors seeking blockchain-based access to short-duration U.S. government debt.
The arrangement positions Ironlight Markets as a private placement and distribution partner for the fund, leveraging the firm's regulatory standing as a FINRA member to bring tokenized Treasuries to qualified investors through compliant channels. The deal reflects a broader industry push to migrate traditional fixed-income instruments onto blockchain infrastructure, where settlement times can be compressed and secondary liquidity potentially expanded.

Tokenized Treasury products have drawn increasing institutional attention as asset managers and fintech firms seek to combine the perceived safety of U.S. government obligations with the operational efficiencies of distributed-ledger technology. Neither party disclosed financial terms of the agreement or target fundraising figures in the announcement.
